there is an episode that mimics the case of Antron Singleton AKA Big Lurch. He was on a PCP binge and cut a woman's chest open and chewed some of her lungs and face. He was a rapper. He stripped his clothes and was caught naked in the street.

If anyone can help me thatd be greatly appreciated :D
 
I believe that you're referring to "Let the Seller Beware" from the original CSI's third season. As the episode description says:

"Sara probes the death of a cheerleader who is found eviscerated on a soccer field, her organs having been ingested by her killer."
