help IDing a song

OK technically its not ON the show but what is the tune they are advertising CSI: NY. Sound Nine Inch Nails-esq guy is talking about Pain

I am wondering if anyone knows the song played during the intro to CSI (las vegas) episode "snakes"......it sounds like mexican hip hop or rap. I have been looking everywhere....help!!!!
 
This isn't a song ON an episode, its actually on the TV ads for the new CSI: NY season
 
Mozzy, I think the song is "Pain" by Three Days Grace. The music video is here ( it's the second one on the Music Videos list ) -- I hope that's the one you're talking about!
