So sad that she laves the show...Next season is going to be a tough one.

I don't wanna accept this yet... I hate to see her go, but I wish her the best. I guess if we can survive without Grissom, we'll figure out a way with out Catherine... but that doesn't make it any easier! :(

They're JUST now starting to plan her exit storyline? Wow. There's like... only 4 or 5 more episodes to write. So much for a decent sendoff.

Wow that's a long time she's spent in the show but even longer in real life.
11 years are very long time.
I was surprised at first that she's leaving but now when I've read whole interview I can understand.
Well now that'd be a good reason to visit London some day.
So I'm gonna enjoy season 11 and being happy that Catherine won't end up like some characters had.
I def wouldn't enjoy if she had to leave in that way.
Too many dead characters for me.
Well all I can say is that I wish Marg luck in her future...

They're probably holding out until the very last minute on the off chance that they can manage to convince her to stick around. But if they go with the leaving-to-run-a-casino storyline, there have been a few comments and references this season that point in that direction.

It's going to be really sad to see her go, but regardless I wish her the best!

I just hope she gets a decent sendoff. It's the least they could do for her and her character.

I don't know if I like the idea of her taking over for Sam. I'd much rather she stay supervisor, but just be off-screen and the rest of the team mention her from time to time lol.

Oh this is just depressing, I want her to go cause thats what she wants but then again I selfishly want her to stay

I was starting to hope she was changing her mind cause they really haven't said anything about her going lately, she only signed up for like 18 episodes, that's coming up soon :eek::scream:, and they really haven't approached any sort of write off :scream: so far it's not looking like a proper goodbye

Can't she stick around for the season finale
