Has GE commented on the shaved head?

I'm loving that he's keeping it shaved. Just wondering, though, has GE ever commented on why he shaved his head? I just hope he keeps it.

I think he said somewhere he said he was going to keep it shaved through out the rest of this season because of something that went on and he didn't want it talked about. I'm not sure really, but I think that' what I heard. sorry

The first time he shaved (in Season 5) he said it was because he got fired and was angry. So, I'm thinking it has something to do with his personal life.

I think he's pulling our legs...he also said there was damage to his hair after Evel Knievel from the dye and extensions.

He has said several times he's sick of people focusing on his looks and wants to be respected as an actor, not a "hunk" which was one of the reasons he grew the hair long...then everyone complained about the "Beatle-Do" so he shaved it off!

Meh...maybe he's going bald (shudders to think!) and is just trying to combat it by shaving his head!
