What this chick basically said is. " I'm going to paint a picture(Create a GUI) Using A fisher price painting kit(Visual basic). And some how the computer is going to fucking know where the guy lives. Even through the program doesn't contain any functional code. And the logic of IP Tracking is retarded. For so many reasons I can't begin to explain with this youtube character limit.

First off, I could care less because it is more interesting than having to do things the old boring and slow way.

How do you think they can find you? From your drivers license or ID card, moron! Maybe the info is in the computer from DMV records.

you can't track an IP address using visual basic. LOLOL. Think of visual basic as a program like photoshop. this show...im telling ya...buncha gibberish

It still irks me whenever I watch or remember that scene. But I think what that scene is trying to show is that IP addresses are traceable. The writer of that episode just failed to consult an IT expert or he could have just left the "GUI Interface..." line out and that scene would have been okay. Sometimes, I think the writer just want to throw in some technical stuff without knowing that some of us are actually aware about the validity.
