FanFic Poetry...Thread #1


Welcome Poetry lovers, fans, and writers. Lets hope for lots more poetry , as we start Thread #2.

All Poetry must be about any of the three CSI shows.

All Poetry must be your own, poetry cannot be borrowed from books, or others.

If you wish to use any of the Poetry, please ask the Poet first, for permission.

** If you notice a spelling error, please do not post it, Pm the Poet and inform them, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to correct it.

So....sit back enjoy the read, or become a Poet yourself, and add your poetry to our new thread.

Here's a Sandle poem - a very sad one . The subject - Sara cheats on Greg and he's upset .

Hurt

Fire running through my veins
It’s like I’m tied up in chains
I am angry , mad , upset
And I still cannot forget

What I’ve done to deserve this ?
A lie was hidden in every kiss
And I fell for it because I was blind
Like you bewitched me , invading my mind

I stay on the bed and look at the glass
I drink it all at once , but the pain didn’t pass
I feel so tired , my eyes are closing fast
Like they do every day ; I want this to be last

But it’s not … I’ll just wake up and life from the bed
I’ll get drunk again and think at all you said
You loving words , your kisses - you played with me
You seemed an angel on Earth , but that you’ll never be.

‘I love you’ – such a lie , and I smiled and believed you
I want this to be a dream , but my pained heart knows is true
I’m now a broken man , and you’re the one to blame
You shattered my soul , ripped my heart – I’ll never be the same .

Yay, a new thread!!

LMH, those DuCaine poems made my heart melt!! ericloca, your poetry is so emotional and beautiful, well done!! Great work to everyone, you're all so talented!! Sometime soon, my own poetic muse will hopefully wake up again!! :lol:

EmeraldEyes , luvin thanks a lot for the compliments . And luvin , great poems as always . How do you manage to write so much ? I need hours until I come up with the subject of a poem ....
Here's another little Sandle poem .

Song of life

She puts her head on my chest and we look at the sky
Remembering the time we both were so shy
When we fell in love but had no guts to confess
Memories are coming back while her face I caress

How I was sick and I rose to my feet
I asked you to be my daily survival kit
You laughed but then you understood what I was whispering
You sat on a chair and I recall the loud yes you were saying .

Friends become lovers , lovers become husband and wife
We tasted together the pleasures of life
A big family , a dog , a cat , a house
A child to torture the cat with a mouse

We still feel young ever if we’re not
White hair , we never thought we’d have that
The grandkids play in the pool with a ball
And their grandparent’s names they call

Oh my, lovely poems again Danielle and Luving.

But we'd better be carefull with a handsome cop from Miami who's watching our backs while we're chasing Macky and keeping him fit. :devil:
