CSI: Miami's "Deadline" was the top-rated show last night, helping CBS to a ratings victory among households, though the network split the adult demographic with NBC.

According to Mediaweek's Programming Insider, "Deadline" earned a 13.7 rating/21 share in the overnights. This means that last night, approximately 13.7\% of households in overnight markets were tuned to CSI: Miami, and 21\% of households watching television at the time had "Deadline" onscreen.

Last week's "Wannabe" earned a 14.6 rating/23 share in the overnights. These ratings are down slightly from sweeps month, when more viewers overall were watching network television. CBS was estimated to have 15.01 million viewers last night, compared to 16.40 in last week's fast national numbers.

NBC and CBS each earned a 5.2/14 rating among adults 18-49, with NBC's Fear Factor and Las Vegas winning their time slots while CBS's Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a Half Men and CSI: Miami winning theirs.

The overnight ratings are here. Total ratings should be available tomorrow.
