I've begun a major attempt to write a fanfiction for the first time in many years and have come up with a story idea. The story is called "Days in Paradise and.....", it is inspired by two factors, one is a song called "Homeless (demo version of Another Day In Paradise)" by Phil Collins and the other is a movie called "Birdy" from 1984 starring Matthew Modine. Mac and Stella met from opposite sides of the law. Mac is a former marine who returned from the Persian Gulf War and became a crime scene investigator at the Crime Lab in 1995.
