Daydreaming is nature's screensaver

For those who feel they daydream too much... ;)

Next time your mind wanders during a dull meeting, don't feel too guilty.

New research shows that when you are bored you simply cannot help daydreaming.

Scientists have found the brain has a kind of mind-wandering "screensaver" that automatically kicks in when it is idle and put on stand-by.

This default setting means when you perform a mundane task, your brain will naturally want to make you disappear off into a world of your own.

^Would be annoying if someone changed Windows logo to your screensaver without you knowing about it... then you fall in your dreams again and PUFF there's Windows logo.

my mind is constantly on screensaver, i just cant gelp myself, theres too much good stuff to dream about rather than worrying about the life i have at the moment

 That's good to know. I dont' really 'daydream' persay, but my mind defenetly wanders

Oho!! I'm a dreamer. In class, I do that alot. And also when my mind wanders while a friend is talking. Lol! Guilty? Yes, I do feel that way sometimes when I'm not listening. :p
