Caruso, 51, and Marquez are the parents of 18-month-old Marquez Anthony. Caruso also has a 22-year-old daughter, Greta, from his second marriage to actress Rachel Ticotin.

Caruso split from his third wife, Margaret Buckley, in 2005.
