CSI Theme Tune-Season 1 (UK version)

What is the name of that theme tune it's not the 'Who are You' although it's mentioned in the credits. It's kind of a haunting bass line with a women singing and I can't find any information on it.
But I've been told it's on the Uk version of the DVD

I believe it was written by John M keane, but I have also tried to find the song with little luck, so I would also love to know what it is.

It's especially annoying when reviews say 'And the haunting theme music' but never say what the title of it is

i believe the song is who are you by The Who released on August 1978 on Polydor Records
