'CSI' Season Two Coming on DVD

Like the DVD release of the first season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, the second season DVD set will include six discs of the top-rated series, presented in Dolby Stereo.

Unlike the first season set, however, the second season will be presented on DVD in anamorphic widescreen, according to a report at TVShowsOnDVD.com.

CSI: The Complete Second Season</a>, a 23-episode collection, will have a 17-hour running time. The episode "Burked" will be accompanied by audio commentary from <font color=yellow>Carol Mendelsohn</font>, <font color=yellow>Anthony Zuiker</font> and <font color=yellow>Danny Cannon</font>.

"Alter Boys" will feature audio commentary by <font color=yellow>Ann Donahue</font>, while Episode 210 "Ellie" will have commentary by Zuiker and <font color=yellow>Gary Dourdain</font>. Other extras including a "making of" featurette will be included as well.

Paramount has not confirmed a release date for the set, but TVShowsOnDVD.com said to expect it by the fall.

The first season of CSI is already available on DVD. In the US and Canada, the entire first season is available as a single set from Amazon.ca. In Europe, the first and second of two sets are available from Amazon.co.uk.
