Although Will and Grace was hot on its heels, a rerun of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation won its hour in Thursday night overnight ratings. However, it wasn't enough to give CBS its customary first place position.

"Fight Night " averaged a 12.1/19 rating, according to figures published at Zap2it. This means approximately 12.1\% of American households with television sets were tuned into the show, while the episode was viewed by 19\% of households watching television at the time. These figures come from overnight ratings based on the top markets, and final ratings will be available next week.

CSI beat NBC's Will and Grace on 10.0/16 and Good Morning Miami on 9.1/15, and Fox's The Pulse on 3.6/6.

NBC won the evening with 10.3/17. In addition to CSI being a rerun, CBS only ran a recap of events so far for Survivor: The Amazon at 8pm, so for the evening it took second with 9.6/16. It was followed by ABC on 4.0/7 and Fox on 3.6/6.
