'CSI:NY' Loses SAG Stunt Award To 'True Blood'

CSI Files previously reported that CSI: New York was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award in the “Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series” category. I'm not sure its exactly fair to place those two shows in the same category for this type of award. Doesn't True Blood have a bigger budget given the channel they're on? Not to mention, they're able to do a bit more stunt-wise given the nature of the show.
