If I understand correctly what Conoscopic Holography is (a 3D superposed stroke analysis for the validation of signatures and handwitten documents determining whether a stroke is left handed, clockwise, etc. or something to that effect) then the first episode that comes to mind is the CSI:Miami episode 'Deadline', season two.
They were going over the writing of notes recovered from a male reporter and determined that the notes in posession of said male reporter were written by a right-handed person. Horatio noticed that the male's handwriting - in a flashback to the beginning of the episode where he was taking notes at the crime scene - was left-handed. So it proved that the male reporter stole his female co-worker's notes. (He said earlier that they often 'shared' notes though that wasn't the case. She ended up becoming a victim later on) I'm not sure if the technique used was the one you described. Someone else might have more information.
I hope this helps somewhat.
P.S. Future questions may be posed in the I Have A Question thread. And welcome to TalkCSI!
