Does anyone here watch the new show Chuck? Post your thoughts here about episodes and about the characters. It is nice to know what other people think about it. I personally like it and I loved how they made the "Nerd Herd" like the Geek Squad from Best Buy. Well anyways, it looks like an interesting dramedie. ETA: If you are a Chuck/Sarah shipper, there's a community over at LJ. Don't Freakout!
WOO! dont_freakout! Please join. My friend made it and I'm one of the co-mods. It's awesome. Chuck = love. That is all.
I absolutly love this show, I haven't missed a single episode. Also I got my boyfriend hooked on this show too.
Is this show still running or is it off for now because of the strike? I enjoy watching but havent seen it on the schedule in a while.
There will be TWO new episodes of Chuck airing Thursday, January 24. One will be at 8:00 pm (Chuck Versus the Undercover Lover), the other at 10:00 pm (huck Versus the Marlin). These times are Eastern; check local listings for time and channel in your area.
Taken from LJ: The last two episodes of Chuck will air on CityTV in Canada on Monday, January 22, beginning at 9PM EST. NBC's stations in Canada will still air the show on Thursday, January 24, as previously announced. So if you live in Canada it looks like we get it first. They're playing the last two episodes back to back. *flails* ETA: lmfao Dynamo beat me. But yeah, CityTV is airing it a day before.
Thanks both of you for the info! Ill have to go check and see what time the episodes air here. Thanks again
They mean Monday. I can't wait for it to be on. My friend who lives in Nova Scotia doesn't get CityTV so she can't even watch. At least I have it.
From TV Guide online: Fall TV: NBC Renews Chuck for 13 Episodes May 17, 2009 09:01 PM ET NBC and Warner Bros. have hammered out a deal that will bring back Chuck, Sarah et al for a third season of at least 13 episodes, sources tell TVGuide.com. As reported on Sunday, this new life does come with a price, however. Or, specifically a lower one. Chuck, which had already trimmed its production budget going into Season 2, will now need to be even leaner and meaner for its next cycle. That could result in a scenario similar to the one seen on ABC's Scrubs this spring, where certain cast members "went missing" for a week at a time.
Chuck got one Emmy win last night: Stunt Coordination: "Chuck: Chuck Versus the First Date," NBC. That's one more than any CSI show got. Better than nothing?
Good news from TV Guide online: Chuck Spies Six More Episodes Oct 29, 2009 09:22 AM ET by Joyce Eng NBC has ordered six additional episodes of Chuck and will cancel Trauma after its original 13-episode run, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The pickup for Chuck — no Subway campaign needed this time — brings the spy dramedy's third-season order to 19 episodes. Chuck was slated to return in March after the Vancouver Olympics, but its expanded order, and Trauma's cancellation, could push up the show's premiere to January, the Reporter says. Calls to NBC were not immediately returned.
