Challenge #8: Welcome to Shipper Central!


Specific Rules
- Animation will be allowed for this challenge
- size will be no bigger then 400x400
- Content should use romantic settings/locations in either Miami, Vegas or NY.
- content is NOT to include characters
- Remember, the Mod of the forum has veto power


General Rules
[1] Entries will be due Sunday, September 27th.
[2] Anyone and Everyone is welcome to enter! You may enter only one banner.
[3] Please PM your entries to me, CSI_Kat. Please include the challenge name/number in the subject line. If you are unable to send a PM, you may send me an email (the is in my profile), but please let me know if you do so.
[4] This is an anonymous challenge. That means you may not post your entry anywhere until the challenge is over, if you do you will be disqualified.
[5] As always, and most importantly, Be Creative and Have Fun!

Silly question here, sorry. :)

So we make a banner that does not include any pictures of the characters, it just needs to be a 400x400 banner with a love theme?

I want to submit something, I just need that clarified. lol

Yes, that's correct :) It should also say something along the lines of "welcome to shipper central". (it doesn't have to be that exactly, but the general idea)
