Does anybody know the contact information for Carmine Giovinazzo? I was going to write to him and request an autographed picture, but I don't know the contact information and I can't seem to find it anywhere

"thanks! No snail mail address?" Snail mail refers to postal mail. I do not know the one specifically for Carmine, but you might try:
