All We'd Ever Need

Ok this is an songfic! I haven't done one in a while, so I'm a little rusty! It's deff. not my best but I was bored and wanted to do one to this amazing song! It's called "All We'd Ever Need" by Lady Antebellum. It's and EDeN fanfic! And I think it fits Eric and Natalia perfect! So here it is:

(Natalia walks over to the sink in her bathroom)
"Boy it's been all this time,"

(Natalia turns on the water and washes her face)
"And I can't get you off my mind"

(She pats her face dry)
"And nobody knows it but me"

(Natalia stares at a photograph of her and Eric)
"I stare at your photograph"

(As she hops into bed in the shirt Eric left there when they were together)
"Still sleep in the shirt you left"

(As she lets out a sigh and rests her head on her pillow)
"And nobody knows it but me"

(A tear falls from her face as she wipes it away)
"Everyday I wipe my tears away"

(As she turns on her side and pulls the cover over her)
"So many nights I prayed for you to say"

(As she dreams about how things used to be)
"I shoulda be chasin you
I shoulda been tryin to prove
That you were all that mattered to me
I shoulda said all the things
That I kept inside of me
Maybe I coulda made you believe"

(As Natalia dreams about the one time on the beach where they walked down it at sunset and held hands)

(Calliegh and Ryan are asking Eric if everything is ok and he tells them he's fine)
"My friends think I'm movin on"

(Ryan and Calleigh leave the room as Eric watches them leave and watches Natalia walk by)
"The truth is I'm not that strong"

(Eric leans against the table and lets out a sigh)
"But nobody knows it but me"

(Eric is thinkin back on what Natalia had ever said to him)
"I've kept all the words you said, In a box underneath my bed"

(Eric lets out another sigh)

(Eric watches as Natalia is laughing)
"But if you're happy"

(Eric stands there and watches her)
"I'll get through some how"

(He turns around and starts out to a crime scene after he reads txt)
"But the truth is I've been screaming out"

(At the crime scene Natalia walks up in a melon colored shirt and white pants and her hair is curly and Eric just looks up and stares at her and thinks to himself as she asks question about the crime scene)

(As Eric is drivin back to the lab and is listening to a song on the radio)

(Eric is thinkin bout the time at his place on the couch watchin movies)

(Back at the lab, Eric is leaning against the table with his face in his hands in the lab waiting on some stuff to go through)
"That it was all we'd ever need"

(Natalia is standing outside the door watchin Eric)
"I thought it was all we'd ever need"

(As Natalia opens the door and Eric looks up)
"I shoulda been chasin you"

(As Natalia walks over to him)
"You shoulda been tryin to prove"

(Eric just stares at her)
"That you were all that mattered to me"

(Natalia just stares at him)
"You shoulda said all the things"

(Eric is thinkin back on when they broke up and was thinkin about what he shoulda said)
"That I kept inside of me"

(Natalia takes one step closer to him)
"Maybe you coulda made me believe"

(Eric takes one step closer to her and wraps his arms around her waist)
"That what we had,"

(As Natalia looks down away from his eyes)
"Oh, that what we had"

(As he lifts her head back up by her chin, and pushes a piece of hair behind her ear)
"What we had"

(As he leans down a kisses her)
"It was all we'd ever need"

(As Eric wipes away a tear that falls from her eye)
"It was all we'd ever need"

Natalia: "Eric..." she said as she whispers and lets out a sigh

Eric: "Shhh...." as he puts a finger up to her lips

(Natalia smiles as Eric pulls her closer and pressed his lips against hers again)
(Everyone in the lab start clapping and Ooooin)
(They seperate and smile at eachother, hug, and turn around and walk out fingers laced between eachother)

Ryan: "Well it's about time" (As Calleigh slaps him)

Wonderful songfic! The lyrics are quite perfect for this couple, & the "scenes" tie in nicely -- great job.

 

Thank you very much! I was a little worried about this one cause it was done within like 5 min. and I didn't know how it would turn out! But thank you very much! I think I'm gonna ask someone to do an EDeN video to this song! =D I will post it when it gets done!

 

Cause he said "It's about time."! I thought it was cute so I put it in there!

 

^^^ I thought it was a pretty nice touch actually, & damn funny :lol: -- reminded me of on 'Criminal Minds' when JJ got together with her "baby daddy" & Prentiss said "it's about time".

 

You're quite ok!!!!! But yea it was a playfull slap!

 

I don't usually like songfics, but that was really good
