Dead on Arrival
On hot summer's night Max and his brother Steven were changing in to the bathing suits to go have a night swim in the family pool. Max said to his Brother Steven hey diving is no big deal it's really easy to do when you get the hang of it. Steven then replied " yeah! thats easy for you to say , you can drive way better then I can". So Max and Steven walked out the back door to the back yard and Max yelld OH MY GOD Steven get back in the house now and call 911? Steven said " what why Max just do it now! Steven ran into the house and called 911 and said " umm' there are what looks to be like body part floating our swimming pool." Sue who took the call asked Steven what was the address of his street? Steven told Sue that his address was 1489 South drive." With in second Campton Brass arrived and asked Steven if he could lead him to the back yard? Steven told Campton Brass that his brother Max saw the parts in the pool.
Not long after Nick & Shara arrived on seen , Nick said , Oh boy another day at the office , whats with all the dead bodies being found in pools? Shara replied " well my guess is to cover up any finger prints , or try and distroy the evadance. Brass told Nick & Shara that the body look's to be a male in his late 30 or early 40's. Shara said " now the question is how do we get the parts out of the pool with out losing any key evadance? Nick said " well lets take those nets over there and we will collect the body parts and and put them on that tarp over there for now."
Capton Brass then told Max and Stevens parent's that both boys would have to go down to the sation to fill out a report , answer some questions. The two brothers then went with Nick and Sara back to the Csi lab and split up and sent to different room's to be questioned.
Brass and Grissem then walked in to Steven's room , and asked few questions about what he might seen or herd the night before? Steven told Brass and Grissem that he herd strange noises comming from the other side of the fence and he didn't know what the noises where. Grissem then asked Steven if he wouldnt mind writing down his statement and singing it at the top right hand cornner.
Sara and Gerg where told to question Max about the finding of the body. Gerg asked Max the same question , Did you here anything or see anything that might have seamed strange to you last night? Max told Gerg that he herd a sound comming from the back yard but he thought it was a sick animal.
Lead after lead Grissem and his team could not figure out how and who dumped the body parts in to the pool.
