    - Show me a "day in the life of Flack". Also, get him a promotion. Let him take the "Sergeant" exam at the begginning of S7 and the "Lieutenant" one at the end. FFS, his own father was a NYPD "mover and shaker" back in the day. There's no way he wouldn't have a higher rank than "Third Grade...
