That's their best bet. It increases the show's chance of surviving. There's a whole "No Hotch, no watch" campaign.

I love Criminal Minds, but I don't think the show can survive without him. I read once that someone of TPTB said that the show continues since TG be there. Now, I don't know. Violence is a pretty serious stuff and for what I read both sides were to blame.

Last episode I watched was "Grounds for Deception" today. Tomorrow we'll be "PayUp". But the very first episode that I watched was "Unfriendly Chat".

I watched CSI Miami. I think Adam Rodriguez we'll be a good adition. Probably substituting Shemar Moore as the action guy (although I saw a picture of AJ Cook, Paget Brewster and Aisha Tyler, I think we'll have "action ladies").

When you watch Criminal Minds:Beyond Borders, and you're glad Mac Taylor is solving crimes overseas.
