He probably was working, he's just not needed for the Vegas shots. Not unless he is such a big star now that he's had it written in his contract that he has his day of birth off! :guffaw:

I'm sure there would have been some sort of official word from CBS by now if this were true. Work has already started on the new series so it is pretty unlikely that Eric's departure would only come to light now. Besides, as long as Jorja is still there, Eric will be too!

I'm sure that if there were any surprises regarding cast members NOT signing, we'd have heard about it by now.
