As far as Twitter goes, he will be able to see whatever you send to him with @gary. It's the direct messaging that only works if you follow each other. He's probably getting thousands of Tweets a day and is just picking a select few for replies, otherwise its all he'd do.

Just to clarify, Horatio's break up with Rebecca Nevins had nothing to do with Yelina (he was unaware of their conversation), but with the fact that Nevins offered a plea deal to a cop killer.
