All too sad but true. There was no way of anticipating it. When MrsG hatched this project there was hope that a more viable episode was in the offing after the Christmas hiatus ... something akin to OTJ or RSRD, something that had some decent room for Carmine to move in, but nothing eventuated...

Exactly the way I saw it. for the illusionist case, but unfortunately a few scenes (not all but a few) of the Danny/Lindsay portion really dragged it down to gag level (ie a C from me).

This could have been an excellent episode. I could have given it a damn good A+. It was a nice change to have only once case, and what a case. It was interesting, it was different and it was extremely well acted. I'd never heard of Criss Angel before this episode. I'm not 'into' illusionists. I...
