I did it with adobe image ready. I fumbled around for a while then i had to look it up.. in the top bar click on help, then help topics and it's creating animations. Then it list a bunch of other topics under that. I just followed those.

Rellaaaa I found image ready on my computer. I attempted to make an animation. My avatar is what i made. It's kinda cheesey. but hey it's my first one... :D
