I agree with you that it is hard to give up now. The investment of time and energy into the characters, the actors and the show has been made and I think we are totally justified to expect some kind of "return" on that. It gets old when TPTB choose to only listen to one particular faction of...

There was one scene in S1 (I think it was in "Bunk" but I'm not sure) where Horatio whips out his phone and calls Sevilla. The dialogue was: "Adele, Horatio. Road trip." (Or something like that.) I just LOVED the way DC delivered that line. It was win. :lol:

I believe Valera's first episode was Season 2, episode 1 "Blood Brothers," which also introduced us to the great Clavo Cruz. As far as I'm concerned, the real Calleigh died in that Hummer in "Going Under" (S5) and what we've been subjected to for the last few seasons is an evil twin. :shifty:
