If the producers simply wanted to balance the sex ratio, like male:female = 6:3 or 5:3(If a male character's leaving), they should have kept Angell then. I really don't understand why all three CSI franchises seem to think that they should get rid of second detective(after they hire one!)...

Good point! :thumbsup: I thought that the producers are going to kill one of the team in the end of the scene because of this interview(http://www.csifiles.com/news/130509_03.shtml), though recent spoiler said that 'It is not known whether Kaye will replace a fallen CSI or add to the team's...

I saw one of the promo video of the finale(I can't find it on youtube right now). In that video actors said they don't know who's going to die, and I didn't think that someone is Angell then. I do think someone died in the last scene(except for Flack. the new cast is a CSI, not a detective).

She doesn't come back since 4.14 "Playing with matches" I wonder why. :rolleyes: She seemed like a nice enough girl. Maybe TPTB decided that there are too many lab techs in a limited space and time. ;)
