    CSI: New York--'Silent Night'

I enjoyed your review. I also liked the Mac/Peyton stuff, which is a change for me. I think I mainly loved the intensity Gary Sinise showed in their last scene. Anyway, good job. Also - I agree on the inconsistency with Lindsay's character. Why exactly is this coming to a head now? *scratches...

Anna/Lindsay thread #3- "Hello, Ms. Monroe"

Cute little Anna thing. In the Dec. 18-24 edition of TV Guide, there is a small synopsis of Not What it Looks Like, the repeat this week: "'Breakfast at Tiffany's'-inspired jewel thieves work the Holly Golightly look to pull off a job in this September episode that's as memorable for its...

    Grade 'Silent Night'

I like Lindsay. Most here know that. But I will say that this has been handled poorly because, while we understand Lindsay's experience was traumatic, we don't understand its resurgence now. Think about it. Lindsay's been dealing with scary, gory crimescenes for a long time, some of which, as...

    Grade 'Silent Night'

I think most will agree Marlee Matlin rocked. She's a wonderful actress. And - stop the presses - I've been somewhat converted on Peyton. I thought the end scene was nice ... maybe I just love watching Gary Sinise be all tender, but there you go. The whole skater thing was blech. I'm still...

    CSI: New York--'Raising Shane'

One of your best reviews. Kudos.

    CSI: New York--'Sweet 16'

This actually made my chuckle, because I didn't get my first car until I was 18. My parents - since I achieved a certain gpa when I graduated high school - gave me $2000 for a used car. I bought a 1986 Taurus. I considered myself lucky! At 16, I was still begging my mom for a spin in her...

Anna/Lindsay thread #3- "Hello, Ms. Monroe"

I will add my two cents: I also hope that Lindsay's "secret" is more about her. Also, I tend to think her past issue isn't about a boyfriend, but a sister or good girl friend, which would explain her issue with young girls who have been murdered. I think it affected her decision about Danny...

    CSI: New York--'Sweet 16'

I have to add that Lindsay never said she "only" got a pinto. Just that "I got my mom's used Pinto," and yes, that she loved that car. Otherwise, great review.

Grade 'And Here's To You, Mrs. Azrael'

I liked this eppy, loved half-naked Carmine. I also loved Hawkes since some focus was on him. And Hammerbeck! I just love him. I believe TPTB have listened to us and know that he is a character almost no one has anything bad to say. Great eppy, great bodies ....

Season 3 - The Spoilers Continue

I will add that the next eppy does feature Hawkes - He gets into an arguement with a former co-worker/friend because said friend resents being questioned a bit ... It comes out that Hawkes was unable to save someone. It was in no way his fault, but it soured him on medicine so he left. Also, in...

    Grade 'Consequences'

The biggest thing I will take from this eppy is the phenomenal acting. Gary Sinise and Eddie Cahill were incredible in their scenes ... very nuanced. It was wonderful to see two men, so gifted in their craft, go toe to toe. Now, I am a HUGE Gary fan, and he just had me glued to the screen...

How about the girl in the red shirt in the last crowd scene?

    CSI: Crime Scene Investigation--'Fannysmackin''

I'm glad you reviewed this eppy - it was one of my favorites in a long time on this CSI. To me, LV has the best overall acting class, just edging out NY. Also, kudos for not knee-jerking and ripping Fed apart. I'm not generally a fan either, but he played his part well. End of story. I love...

Season 3 - The Spoilers Continue

Just to add to Orison's spoilers: The sports figure guest-starring is figure skater Sasha Cohen. Apparently another skater is killed and they think someone thought the vic was Cohen - a stalker situation.

Season 7 *Spoiler Lab* Discussion & Posting - Part 2

I'm sorry if this has posted, but I just got the new TV Guide for next week andit says actor Liev Schreiber will play a "veteran investigator." His appearance will coincide with William Petersen's break from teh series. No word on how long he'll stay.

    Grade 'Open and Shut'

For all we know, in the Stella/Lindsay issue or Danny/Lindsay issue, there were apologies ... just offscreen. WE don't see every second of their lives. Maybe Stella caught Lindsay in the bathroom and said sorry ...Maybe Lindsay apologized to Danny over some lab work, we just don't know.

    Grade 'Open and Shut'

In the respectfully disagree file: I just thought Lindsay was trying to work the case ... I don't think she did anything wrong. I think she understood that Stella was getting emotional and was just trying to steer her back to discussing the different angles. I think she finally left because she...

    Stella #3 - She's No Ordinary Superwoman

I believe Lindsay, while maybe a bit frustrated, understood where Stella was coming from. And the best thing about Stella? Despite her issues, she still proceeded with the case, followed the evidence and nailed the killer.
