I can see Tommy getting a plea deal. He has to serve some prison time yes but any jury that hears what the judge did is simply going to look the other way and either deliver a watered down verdict or acquit him.

Have to admit if I was Brass, I wouldn't have been in a rush to call for help for a murderer either. In the same breath,it seems to me that more and more,having to deal with killers and other evil people everyday is starting to get to him,especially when they walk.

Next to being a child abuser,being a former cop is the worst thing to be in prison. You have the choice of being in danger 24/7 in general pop or being locked up in protective custody 23 hours a day. Sure Vega was thinking of that when he pointed the gun at them.

I too can't see how the porch falling apart would be a crime scene. Obviously once the autospy was done on Libby it'd be a different story but until then,there was nothing to suggest foul play.

I too am sad to see Marg leave but after twelve years, I can certainly see why she wants to move on and do other things. I hope they give her a proper ending and leave the door open for her to make future appearences.

I second that. Several episodes in this season and it has felt like the CSI of old vs the past 2 1/2 years where the show felt like it was on its last legs. All due respect to LF,he had no chemistry with the rest of the cast where Ted most certainly does. It's a shame Marg is leaving now but I...
