Yes, I saw that he was arrested. But plenty of people have hired someone on the outside to take care of a problem for them. Thayer can still easily cause trouble for Grissom even while in prison.

I disagree about the Warrick/Catherine thing. There have always been moments between these two but some just chose to ignore them. Also some probably missed it due to another ship being shoved down out throws left and right. And if you don't believe me about Warrick/Cathering go back and watch...
