    Danny & The Blue Flu

I definitely have mixed feelings about this one. I don't think Danny was selfish, after all his actions were ultimately taken to benefit all of them. I do think he was irresponsible though. The interplay between Lindsay and Hawkes really did hit on the opposite sides where it's impossible to...

    Grade 'The Party's Over'

I too was confused about Danny coming from a family of cops because it seemed to go against what we knew of him. Okay, they'd never explicity said that anyone in his family other than Louie had 'connections' but it seems a bit of a leap to then go from that to suddenly being a family of cops...

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

^^ I'm really looking forward to seeing how Adam's role plays out in this one (as well as next weeks episode). As for Danny and his shirt, I kinda like that he's not changing it. Personally, I'd be a bit pissed if a guy 'surprised' me with my own wedding where I had to turn up in my work...

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

^^^ I think it's possible there won't be anything anyway. The comments from tv guide seem a little confused about the 'wedding' and the 'early valentine'. They may have muddled the March 11th episode with the Feb 11th. But yes, it's likely to only be a snippet anyway. :)

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

This is by no means an official source of information but the UK TV Guide mentions 25 episodes this season (e.g. the next episode is 7/25). I think Peter Lenkov originally mentioned 26. We'll see.

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Really? I'd like to say I'm surprised but it would be a lie! :D When I saw the name 'Sarah Butler' I thought it was the victim from Stealing Home, until I realised the name in the credits was the actor rather than the character .

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

That's a good interview with Eddie, it's great to see his take on where the character is etc. I'm a little disappointed it doesn't look like Samantha will be back this season though, unless of course it's in the final episodes and Eddie doesn't know about it yet. Anyway, there are new...

    Season 5 Ratings

As much as many people here don't like the pregnancy storyline (and I have to say, it's definitely not the way I wanted it to go despite having some fondness for DL) I really don't think it's been an unmitigated disaster and see little evidence that it's influenced the ratings to any detriment...

    Grade 'Rush to Judgment'

Unfortunately not. The most memorable effort was with a young mother who had a cardiac arrest because of a clot on her lung, we tried for nearly two hours but at some point you have to say enough is enough. Back in the day (15 years ago) it was hospital policy here in the UK that if someone...

    Grade 'Rush to Judgment'

CPR helps to keep a flow of oxygenated blood to the organs in the body until such a time as the heart can be restarted. It is possible to restart the heart with chest compressions but more likely the person will need a combination of drugs and defibrillation. The only time you might only do a...

    Grade 'Rush to Judgment'

I gave it a very disappointing C. I think I was so disappointed because I'd realy been looking forward to the potential of this episode but it just didn't come to fruition for me. Firstly, this was a perfect opportunity to see Danny offering support to Don after all the times Don's been there...

CSI:NY Season 5 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

It certainly does seem that there might be something fishy going on with all the DL spoilers. I've certainly been thinking for a while that they may be rushing all the 'good D/L' (of course the 'good' really does depend on your preferences etc :D), because they have something else up their...

A- Overall a good episode. I thought Hill was fantastic and it was great to see the impact of rape from the 'boyfriend's' perspective, that was handled really well. I agree with everyone who said the ending was weird for Hawkes. He was our connection for the whole episode and it was like...

I joined the long line of people who gave this one an A. I laughed at the guy in the store with the mop. Has he never heard of paper towels? Just smear the gunk around with a mop why dontcha! I loved the Adam and Danny scenes. But, I found Adam a little more confident with Danny than I've...

    Grade 'The Triangle'

I have some mixed feelings about this one. I loved some of the team interactions. I liked seeing Lindsay and Adam working together and adored the Mac/Danny/Hawkes tower scene. I thought Danny was cute with the whole 'let's get it done before someone (i.e. 'I') wets themselves'. The case...

It's not clear whether she requested it or not. She certainly seemed happy to have it written in as she 'chose' for it not to be written in last time when (I believe) tptb were considering writing it in. Maybe she did go to them and say she was happy this time but I very much doubt she has the...
