Ok...just a curious side of me decided to look up this supposed event with Bugsy Siegel.....there is no mention of Burlesque woman being decapitated by the order of bugsy...he did however date Burlesque dancers and was friends with Jayne Mansfield who was decapiated from a auto accident...
