Like a lot of you have said or implied, I think Valentine's Day has become incredibly commercialized. I don't like the fact that so much money is made off of it. Besides, I like to do things year round for the people that I care about.

I used to regularly take my truck to the carwash (where the attendants would wash, wax, detail, etc), but since buying a smaller car, I have found that I can manage washing/waxing at home. I save about $25 a month!

I usually don't download music ringtones just because in a crowd it's not always easy to hear, however I did give in and get Justin Timberlake's "My Love." I really like that song. What's a shame is that none of the remixes can be found in ringtones!

I have mixed feelings about the death penalty. Sure, it makes the victim(s) feel better, for a time, but like MissRoosFox said it's such an easy way out for the killer. I think that the appropriateness of the death penalty will continue to be a hot topic for debate in the coming years.

Yesterday was around 70F. Today looks to be about the same, and sunny. I swear it does not feel like Christmas without snow.

Today was beautiful! We actually ate outdoors; the breeze was so nice. The temperature was in the 70s. I'm glad the hot weather is gone!
