(Not really the right thread, but we're here now...) I imagine it's somewhat easier for the behind-the-scenes guys. I mean, they don't have to stay with Miami. If you're a good electrician, or whatever, you can probably snap up a month or two's work on something else being filmed. Bit different...

Well, some I like and some I don't. I personally would go for the Donn Cortez ones, because the characters seem much closer to how they should be. I like all his, but particularly 'Harm for the Holidays - Misgivings' which is a Christmas one (you have to be in the mood) and has a lot of humor in it.

I agree, and I thought his last posts on Twitter had a hint of stress about them (as much as you can 'read' a tweet!). It's got to be really horrible not knowing if you've got a job and an income, and not being able to make plans either. CBS should hurry up, for the sake of their casts and...

Can't leave this thread without an entry for a whole month! He's very quiet... He did say something a while back about going to Buenos Aires 'in March'. Anyone know if he has? Or any gossip? (I know we don't do gossip, but a girl can get desperate...)

(Also in UK)... I'd settle for what we can get, obviously. But I have a sneaking desire for 18, since I think - if I've counted correctly - that would make 250 episodes. My main desire is to see it given a 'proper' ending, i.e. none of this 'will it or won't it' woolly stuff.

Can't see any point. When it's official it'll be just that - official, i.e. from CBS. Anything else should probably be ignored. Reckon about 90% of internet 'news' is unofficial rubbish anyway.

I'd be much happier if only official stuff was reported here. Rumour only raises (or lowers) expectations.

I really wanted to love this episode, as it was Adam's, but confess to finding it a bit slow and underwritten. Not enough H for me (but I accept that's me!). Questioned a fighting dog being human-aggressive, but I'll accept the pheromone explanation. So overall, mildly disappointed, but I'll...

Next week is not finale. There are two more. (Haven't watched this one yet - will comment later.)

I agree. Don't like 'limbo'... I'd be surprised if they cancel both, and on that basis I imagine Miami is safer than New York. But who knows? They could yet surprise us (and probably not in a good way).

Just to add... and no disrespect to other writers... But this episode had two of their top writers, probably their best director, and it gave their leading man something to get his teeth into. So did 10.01... It really does make a difference.

Thoroughly enjoyed that one. Plenty of Horatio to keep me happy, and good to see him up against someone (almost) as powerful as he is. Ms Welch was better than I thought she was going to be. Strong plot, strong characters - can't find much bad to say about it. Gave it an A.

I am enjoying this season, but, in some ways, it seems a season of 'missed opportunities' (but maybe they'll yet resolve). I thought the opener was wonderful, I thought they'd taken Horatio close to the brink physically and mentally. I think he's still on the edge, but they seem now to be...

If our show is getting the most viewers, but losing out in the demographics, I wonder who's watching? All us oldies, perhaps...
