I am surprised that the ratings in Germany are much better than in the US. The Nielsen Company is prviding the data too. We had 11% for the season 8 premiere...

My thoughts exactly :) I like her and have no problems at all that she is Mac's love interest. I think that he and Jo would be good with eachother too, but it is not practical for the show in my opinion.

Just a short Question: what does TPTB mean?

Is it an time slot issue? They must had have reasons to move the show. Our German CSI NY starts always at 8 pm and it's the perfect time because it is aired at 0:30 am the next day.

Regarding the end: I couldn't help but smile when Mac tried to get around not finding the right word for the restaurant(if I remember correctly). My thought was: Sneaky^^
