We don't know for sure if Horatio will die at the end of season 10, or at all. That's just one scenario that may be if this season is CSI: Miami's last.

Awesome promo! I guess that solves the mystery of whether we'll see Horatio actually in the hospital. Poor Natalia. I don't blame her for doubting her abilties as a CSI after all that happened to her last season. Since Eva La Rue isn't leaving the show, I can assume the team helps her accept...
