Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

So word is now that Paget has been offered a contract next season, but she can still attach herself to a pilot and opt out of her contract if a new show gets picked up. I'd go with the stable job if I was her, unless she wants to "stick it to the man".

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

The episode was "influenced" by Perfume: Story of a Murderer and the CSI:NY taxi killer.

    GLEE- Are You a GLEEk?

I loved this episode for the simple fact that Sue got put in her place.

    Modern Family

I don't remember much about that episode except for the hilarious "We lost Phil" part at the beginning.

    Blue Bloods

    Sorry.

The Last Movie You Saw - Thread 4

Catfish. Enjoyable documentary. I still can't decide the level of "truthiness" though.

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

Well, even if nobody watches the spinoff (I'm expecting around an equal number of viewers for CM and CM:SB that night), that just means the spinoff will be cancelled. It more that likely won't have any effect on Criminal Minds. Just like the falling ratings of the two CSI spinoffs have no direct...

    Talk Law & Order Here

I fully expect Meloni & Hargitay to be back for a 13th season, even if it's only 13 episodes. And I'm really enjoying the new ADA. I hope she sticks around. I've been watching SVU from the beginning again to try and catch all the episodes I've missed over the years. I just started watching...

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

Well, suspect is supposed to have a double meaning... I guess they're going with the "To distrust or have doubts about" meaning as well. Unless you have a Nielsen ratings box, not watching the spin-off or watch CM on another channel isn't going to help.

The Last Movie You Saw - Thread 4

I rewatched Misery last night. Good stuff.

    Cancellation of a CSI series

You remember when CBS tooled with Without a Trace's timeslot several times until it was cancelled? At least it isn't that bad. And CSI:NY is doing much better in the 10 pm slot.

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

I'm still puzzled by the addition of Seaver to the team. I know this isn't real life, but the average FBI VICAP member has about a dozen years of experience, and the fact that they would bring this girl (who doesn't even look like she's had any police experience) onto the team is just baffling...

    Stargate

Science fiction shows have always been more expensive when it comes to DVD. Studios realize that the sci-fi fans are the ones who collect DVDs and are willing to pay more for them, and they're also more expensive to produce normally. I think the first season of Atlantis is very great; however...

CBS Confirms Petersen's Visit To 'CSI'

This ought to double the ratings.

    Blue Bloods

Willam Petersen was nominated for Best Actor in 1993. CSI was also nominated for Best Drama Series in 2000, 2001, 2003. Helgenberger also has two nominations. The Golden Globes are mostly a joke in my opinion, but like the Emmys, they tend to shy away from episodic television.

    Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior

Well, I thought they were going to be doing some other cases besides serial killers... but that doesn't seem to be the case for the first episode.

    Cancellation of a CSI series

Well, it makes sense if it's cheaper to maker with around the same results. If Blue Bloods and Hawaii Five-0 do about the same without the overhead of the Sinise and Caruso, CBS will have no problem cancelling the shows. They got rid of Without a Trace and Cold Case despite pretty decent ratings...

    Cancellation of a CSI series

Well, if you don't have a Nielsen box, boycotting is pointless. I think it's likely they'll all be renewed for next year.

    Modern Family

Croctopus was a character in a Donkey Kong game, believe it or not.
