Re: Talk LIMS #7: Challenge Six - Voting! Least 15 - I like the violet splash, and the crop itself isn't bad, but the picture is so dark that it takes away from the overall appeal. Bringing up the highlights and midtones would really lend a lot to this. 08 - Orange as a splash colour works...

I don't have any advice as far as "free" programs go, but if you're looking for automatic screen caps from an inexpensive program, I use Frameshots. It's exceedingly simple to use, with only a few options to tweak before you plug in a video and let it do its thing. I only ever use it for .avi...

Oh, Fool4Love, I totally feel your pain! I went on a similar "old book I read when I was a kid" search frenzy a little while back.. I did find what I was looking for, but it was really frustrating! My advice would be, if you can remember any part of the title, Amazon search it like a mad woman...

Pitbulls are such awesome dogs. :D If they're shown lots of love, they can be the most cuddly and lovable dogs on the face of the planet (but they'll scare away the baddies most of the time!).
