Dear Writers... (Have something you want to say?)

^       How sad that what you say is not only funny, but painfully true. Can't you just see the next new episode of NY replacing Baba O'Reilly with the opening four beats of Beverly Hills 90210.

CSI: New York--'Sleight Out Of Hand'

Excellent review and every word true. I'd like to offer a second applause to Criss Angel for truly grabbing my attention and holding it throughout the episode, you are correct he was amazingly scary. If only the writers had realized that the way to end the episode was with Criss Angel, Super...

    Grade 'Sleight Out of Hand'

What you write here is interesting sadly, Anna Belknap was not able to convey any of it during her many many scenes relating to her backstory. It is again a case of the viewers’ imaginations having to compensate for a poorly told story and less that convincing acting.

Dear Writers... (Have something you want to say?)

**This is a very edited version of a letter I posted on a blog yesterday afternoon.** Dear Writers, I want to tell you of the corner you have written yourselves into, how the show you are currently creating has old fans leaving for grittier better written and developed grounds. I will be the...

    Grade 'Sleight Out of Hand'

I believe with all due respect that I expressed my opinion and if you opt to take it personally then that is your choice, but do not place the blame for that decision back in my corner, especially not for your chosen understanding of my written words. Your intelligence and judgment are not mine...

    Grade 'Sleight Out of Hand'

Are you honestly saying that quality doesn't matter so long as the show is entertaining and if so does that rule only apply to television? Furthermore, are you suggesting that quality and entertainment are mutually exclusive ideals? The ratings difference between first season and this season...

Will the REAL Danny Messer Please Stand Up?

Sadly, I have to say that the real Danny Messer finally succumbed to his illness on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 10:49p pm EST.

Help! I'm starting to lose interest in CSI:NY!

I would like to join this club, my respect for these people is almost nonexistent. They have reached a brand new low and I can't honestly say after the 30 second chances I've given them that I am up for giving them another chance to disappoint me and slap me in the face with crap.

    Grade 'Sleight Out of Hand'

I forgot one thing, I hope the writers of Saved by the Bell sue Dove and Reiter for plagiarism because I am certain the last 10 minutes came from a moment between Zach and Kelly.

    Grade 'Sleight Out of Hand'

It takes some mighty powerful drivel to undermine an excellent case and a stunt cast actor that actually pulls off the scenes, but Dove and Reiter did just that with this unevenly written episode. They managed to upstage a show about science with lame and convoluted romance. How delighted I...

    Grade 'The Ride In'

I for one would love Lindsay if she raised Aiden from the dead and in fact, would overlook the bad acting, shrill delivery, and poorly written resurrection scene for one reason and one reason alone, because it would mean that soon we would be saying goodbye to Lindsay. I can't imagine Mac would...

    Grade 'The Ride In'

^ My feeling as always been if she were in fact, seeking information about the recently murdered friend of the entire lab she would have asked Stella a question about her relationship with Aiden or a general question. Lindsay specifically asked Stella about Danny's relationship with Aiden, it...

Spoilers in the Big Apple - Season 3 Spoilers Continued

Sweeps refer to the period of time in November, February, May, and to an extent in July when networks pull out all the stops to not only keep the viewers they have but to draw in new viewers. They use big event episodes and stunt casting to lure viewers their way. Sweeps are used to set local...

Spoilers in the Big Apple - Season 3 Spoilers Continued

If the secret is compelling and well acted, why not give the viewers something truly great and compelling. Danny’s past has been set up so that is could be filled and I feel is filled with deep dark secrets of every kind – personal and familial. He was the original dark secret character and I...

Carmine Giovinazzo Discussion: The Non-Locker Room Thread

Re: Carmine Giovinazzo Discussion: The Non-Locker Room Threa There was a point when I saw their relationship as almost Oedipal in nature but there seemed to come a turning point in RSRD, though given their juxtaposing personalities I’m not sure that the understanding they’ve reached could ever...

    Grade 'The Ride In'

Top, I'm shocked! What are you trying to say? Are you saying that in the past when you’ve been interested in someone you haven’t slyly attempted to uncover information about his recently deceased close female friend? I thought everyone had done that super sexy, charming, and thoughtful...

How do you feel about Lindsay?

Why isn't there a sighing smiley? Honest to goodness, no matter how much things change they stay the same with the accusations of bashing being hurled around the board when you offer up your opinion phrased in a way that isn’t shrouded in rainbows, unicorns, and lollipops. I don't consider...

Carmine Giovinazzo Discussion: The Non-Locker Room Thread

Re: Carmine Giovinazzo Discussion: The Non-Locker Room Threa ^ Don't hold me to it, but I believe he is kicking/kicked the habit. The Flack/Danny friendship is the best on the show. It was established almost from the show's beginning and has had some great moments. I think for me the depth of...

How do you feel about Lindsay?

^You're welcome. :) I doubt you'd put your foot in your mouth and even if you did truth can often be found in those moments.

    Why Angell must GO

My statement that it was entirely possible was facetious and the important part of the statement was that is was possible because people hated the train girl after only a 2-minute appearance in a single episode because she dared flirt with Danny. People did hate Angell before the spoilers made...
