Same here. When I tried taping it [i](and CSI:NY), I ended up with American Idol instead. Luckily, CTV is reairing both parts on Sunday :D Glad to hear everyone thought it was awesome.

^^ My guess, knowing Kripke's love for the music, is that they would use the originals (unless they couldn't get the rights). Maybe they're just alternate versions....Sorry I'm not much help.

In the reflection of Sam behind Dean in the mirror you can see he has the cast on. I think they flipped the shot b/c it appears to be on his left hand, watch on right, while in all the other scenes, it's the reverse. Just rewatched part of the episode- love Dean falling into the bed...
