    CSI NY on TNT

I will say I don't get why we don't get more people coming here. I know they aren't on CBS anymore but all three of the CSI's live on in reruns on so many different networks, you think that would bring more people in.

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

I fully understand the anger CBS is getting over CSI NY but they have a history of doing it to various shows from Cold Case to WAT to Miami etc. Also not sure how many of you ever watched Murder,She Wrote (my mom's favorite)but what they did to Angela Lansbury trumps anything that happened to...

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

For NBC,a couple of those shows are all they have right now. As for CBS not treating their vetran shows right,Murder,She Wrote tops the list for that. I have to be honest though..it's always the doubled edged sword. ER and Law & Order SVU became or are jokes of what they once were. I can at...

    CBS Reveals 2013-2014 Primetime Schedule

NOthing I see impresses me at all.

Zuiker: It's Not How You Start But How You End

Indeed,I don't think people realize that in this day and age, a show lasting beyond five years is a tough task. I would say in regards to Miami,I felt it had jumped the shark. Never had that feeling with NY.

    The Office

And another great show comes to an end. Hate to sound like a grump..but they don't make shows like that anymore.

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

I'm not going to bash CBS too much. They had an option of not giving us a Season 9 at all.

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

Nine years is nothing to sneeze at and as others have pointed out, better to end on a high note. It's painful, but not as painful as watching a show that has nothing left sputter towards its end. JAG,Law & Order SVU and Without a Trace are my three examples of this. Jag's last season was ugh,Law...

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

Agree with you 100% on that quote. ANgell getting killed was part of that process as well as reducing the number of episodes. And despite all that,CSI NY ended on a high note. I'd rather have that then how JAG,X-Files and other shows slowly sputtered towards an ugly end.

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

Treatment Cold Case got was even worse CRM. As it is,I was grateful we got two extra seasons for CSI NY,even if they were shortened, then none at all. And in a way, maybe it was a good thing. It didn't let storylines drag out and we avoidied dud episodes like in seasons 5 and 6.

CSI: NY Renewed for Season 9

Melina chose to leave the show. Not much you can do about that. Agree with you about the rest. The new love intrest for Cahill was pointless when Angell was great for him.

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

One can wonder but I have to say I wouldn't trust CBS and the producers on this one.

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

Geeno,I agree with you. I don't understand the reasoning behind the episode reductions. CSI NY would have had their 200 episodes if not for that. But as I said at the start of season 9,I was grateful CBS gave us one more year when it looked like they were ready to pull the plug.

Criminal Minds #4: We Take Care Of Our Own!

Me either. This is one case where the actresses have every right to feel angry about how they've been treated. Pagat and A.J. were treated like crap by the show and I don't blame A.J. and Kristen for putting their foots down now.

    CBS Cancels 'CSI: New York'

Too bad they couldn't have made it to 200. If they ahd included more episodes in season 8 and 9 they would have been almost there. Best of luck to the cast and crew from here on out!

CSI: NY Renewed for Season 9

Goldenboy was a dead show walking,as was Vegas. As for CSI NY,the fact it got renewed after season 8 was a long shot after it having the number of episodes reduced and it being moved to a timeslot on a bad night. The fact it got renewed for one more season was amazing but I sadly had the same...

    CSI: New York is cancelled.

Sad that this happened but I saw it coming. It got a reprieve once, wasn't going to happen again. Amazing nine years, even if the last two years were shortened.

CSI: NY Renewed for Season 9

I don't get that either. Cold Case was more expensive to produce then CSI NY is and they had more episodes until the end.

    Carmine officially divorced!

All due respect (and as noted above) somneone who shows concern for a child yet plays the divorce all over twitter and tv is not concerned about the child's best intrest but making himself or herself look better.

    "Sheltered" Discussion **SPOILERS**

Solid episode all around with plenty of twists and turns. Also sad to say but there are plenty of "parents" like the killer in this week's episode who simply can't accept their child for who they are.
