    Melina Kanakaredes Leaves CSI: NY

i just lost an entire post. @#$%%^^. I have been away for a while and just signed in because it's about time for these kinds of announcements to start surfacing. Can't say I'm all upset about it. Most of you know that Stella was not my favorite character. I think she was just about done this...

    Grade 'Vacation Getaway'

I give it a B. I liked seeing Danny and Lindsay away from work. I think they finally got a chance to be just a married couple with a kid and that was what I wanted from them. I don't know why some are all hyped up about the convertible. I just assumed they rented it for the weekend, as a...

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Thanks, Perl. Loved the preview. Lucy was priceless, standing there like she didn't know either one of her parents. But then of course she doesn't, because they haven't shown her all season. This episode may border on corny but I think it will be a lot of fun to watch Anna and Carmine finally...

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Thanks, Perl. I just watched it again and I really like the interaction between Danny and Lindsay. I'm excited about this one.

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

I guess they just can't please everyone all the time. I saw it and am excited. But then I like Danny and Lindsay better than some.

    Grade 'Point of View'

Poor Mac. It's not often that he goes over the wall. Orange Chicken for breakfast. Yuck! Love the I spy into the next building. They are so close I'd never open my shades. I swear Hill Harper jars me out of every scene with his over-dramatic posing. Why can't he just take the damn picture...

    Grade 'Unusual Suspects'

I'll comment while I watch since I missed it the first time. Lots of good visuals so far: Flack with the kid washing his hands. Danny all hunkered down on the curb. Danny, Lindsay and Hawkes walking down the alley. Ha. They finally gave the cheesy line to someone else. Not sold on the mom...

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Funny thing...I'm not a huge LV fan anymore, but I watched the last episode and found myself pretty captivated by the whole show. I think LV does a pretty good job of keeping the character of the desert woven into the show. Even more so than the city of Las Vegas itself.

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Thanks, Perl, for the link. I hope it turns out to be a good one. We sure need it. Looks like Danny is on his game in this one. That's a good thing. Let's hope Mac doesn't take over the show.

    Grade 'Tales from the Undercard'

Well, I had a review all written and it disappeared when I scrolled up to vote. So I will say this: BLAH. I fell asleep 40 minutes into the episode so it must have been a yawner. I gave it a C just because there wasn't anything horribly BAD about it, with the exception of the concrete slab...

Kao Posts Magazine Mock-Up From 'CSI'

Point taken and I think it was nice of them to do that in order to include him.

Kao Posts Magazine Mock-Up From 'CSI'

Isn't it ironic! CSI:NY has regular cast members rotating out on a regular basis but can't even make mention of them in episodes, yet CSI:LV makes a total mock up of a magazine cover and includes it to explain the absence of the AV tech.

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Loved the video of Mac and Aubrey. I think maybe the video came out a week early but that's okay. I think Aubrey is adorable and good for Mac. She's a bit playful and I like that. Heck, I'm straight and married but if Mac doesn't want her I'll take her!

    Anna/Lindsay #6: Baby on Board!

*points to chair at table* mind if I join you for a minute? I read through all the discussion about why Lindsay is different this year and realized that its true and I hadn't noticed it. If you don't mind another opinion: I think she has been very good at distancing herself from the people...

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Peyton does seem to be very possessive of Mac in this episode. I think it sort of odd that in the old eps she was in with Mac, she wanted him to be open and demonstrative with her around others, yet when Danny said that a case would turn out to be a story she and Mac could tell their grandkids...

CSI:NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - This City Never Sleeps

Thanks, Perl! Really loving Mac's apartment. Looks like he has a serious splint on his wrist. Wonder how they will explain that!

CSI: NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - Solving Crime in the Empire City

Re: CSI: NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - Solving Crime in the Empire Ah, geez, I really didn't think they would do this. I'm in the camp of Lucy needs to be safe and snug at either Mac or Stella's place, keeping them up at night until all of this is over. I just don't see how this can end...

Danny and Lindsay--Was it a mistake?

Curiosity, I think your response more accurately describes how I feel than my own does. I realize they (tptb) took a chance by incorporating Anna's real life pregnancy into the show and I do think that it was rushed. That being said, I can't say that the attempts by the writers to show them...

Danny and Lindsay--Was it a mistake?

I do too. I think they balance each other well in a lot of ways. They aren't perfect, but that's okay.

CSI: NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - Solving Crime in the Empire City

Re: CSI: NY Season 6 Spoiler Discussion - Solving Crime in the Empire Oh I hope not. They have one damsel in distress in Stella, who always gets beat up or shot at or something, and someone has to come to her rescue in some way. It would be very ironic, but great at the same time, if they...
