just learned that Michael C. Hall from Dexter has cancer. i'm sad cuz i love the guy but i also breathed a sigh of relief when i read on that he is on a path to getting healthy. i keep my fingers crossed for him.

i watched the pilot episode of VD. it's a high school vampire show that targets teenage audience. not my cup of tea, really (i'm a True Blood type of gal) but it seems some people like it.
