I made a new Emily icon but its still not what i suppost to mean by it. I hope you still like it or tell me what is off with it.

I was just wondering how you all crop your images for banners because everytime i try to use a normal pic it turns out so ugly.. I stopt making banners because mine really suck lately because of the cropping.. Who can help me???
