I haven't always been a friend of textures. But I like using them now. Light textures are my favs because just a tiny light effect can add so much to an icon. I'd refrain from using textures, especially overwhelming ones, on close-ups. The person, etc should be the eye-catcher, not the...

Thanks :D Yeah, I've had the Lj for about 2 years now, but haven't posted almost as long. I really like long shots and I always try to find caps to use but it's difficult. I was pleased to see that the premiere had some decent scenes I could use. Your icons are cool. Left a comment! :)
