What concerns me is that some fans of the "unwanted romance" will use the low ratings as an argument for why it should stay. Truth is ratings for the enter CSI brand are down as I think viewers are growing tired of the series as a whole and not because certain characters aren't featured as much...

Well the idea I had is that Calleigh is processing something on a rooftop when a piece of the masonry breaks and she falls forward. Cut to a wideshot of Calleigh falling off the building and then cut back to a scene of her lying on her back unconscious with Eric shouting her name twice...

I had a funny idea to continue this gag but better not put it lest it becomes reality ;)

In regards to the episode airing, I feel that if CSI Miami was a comedy, they'd probably make Calleigh ending up in a life threatening situation with Delko overreacting a running gag once every season.

Really? when did this happen? I was fixing my computer and must have turned my head. I think all three shows aren't very subtle when it comes to the ME scenes these days

I thought this was a good episode. It had a good balance of investigation, team work, humour and of course Rex Linn!! I could be wrong but this was the first episode where Frank himself interacted with the lab rats. I think that was a good touch as it acknowledges that he is part of the team...

I would say at least two. Next season and another after that. This has been a good season and if they can continue to build on it with a back to basics approach, they'll be set I started watching midway through the show's run so I can't give you a good answer. However I will say this season...
