I hadn't thought of that. There is a lot of potential to have storylines invovling Kyle that don't have him in trouble, and that (thankfully) don't involve Julia. Maybe there could be a murder at his apartment complex or something? I think TPTB are definitely setting it up so we see more of him.

I thought that Ryan lying to the team came before he was kidnapped. I mean, it would be pretty hard for him to be in work when he's kidnapped! Unless it's the weekend...but I can't imagine that his injuries would go away that quickly.

She is such a great actress! She really deserves to have more storylines. I think she did a wonderful job with the Nick storyline back in Season 5, and I've been waiting since then to see her have a real story arc. I hope TPTB pick up on this and write her something.
