I've been here since March 2007 and I'm just now at 285 posts. I've quit watching all but 2 hours of TV a week. I've also cut back on my on-line time by 3 hours per day. I've been trying to fix up the house instead of wasting so much time in front of a TV or computer monitor.

Two gas stations here were having a price war yesterday, it was down to $2.03 a gallon at one the other was $2.05 a gallon. I topped off for a half tank.

The best part was when Jack opened the barn door to show Jethro the restored Challenger with the 426 HEMI. It was a beautiful car, hope we get to see more of it in the future.

I got gas yesterday by work for $2.32 a gallon. Too bad this trend won't last thru the holidays.

Just last week I got season one of My Three Sons. Actually it's the first 18 episodes of season one. This is one of my wife's favorite TV shows. We watched 3 episodes last night and it had me rolling in laughter. :lol: She had been waiting for several years for this show to come out on DVD...

I filled up this morning for $2.78 a gallon. My first fill up in my truck for less than 75 dollars! :D

This is the only one I have.

A station near work has it at $2.95 a gallon today. I certainly hope this trend keeps up as my tank is full right now. Maybe it will be lower by time I have to fill up again. :)

I filled up yesterday for $3.27 a gallon, I hope this is the trend for gas prices!

I have a recall on my 2008 Chevy Silverado for overheating using the wiper fluid heater. I live in Texas so I'm not too worried about this; I'll just get it taken care of at my next oil change.

I filled my truck today for $3.53 a gallon. I was expecting higher prices so I was pleased.

That sounds like me mimic. I've yet to meet anyone here but at TrekBBS I've met 6 people and I'm married to a lounge mod. She bugged me for 4 years to join, then one day I did and I spammed my way up the ranks. :devil::angel:

Just this morning I bought a man and his wife their morning coffee at Starbucks. I try to perform random acts of kindness on a regular basis. I always feel good after such acts! :)
