According to the official facebook page Finn is second in command of the lab crew behind Russell.(eye roll here) Nick is clearly third due to seniority as we saw in the earlier ep Boston Brakes.

I had caught an ep. one other time and thought it was a show I'd never watch (unless you paid me a few million! ;-D ) but I will sacrifice to see George. I wonder if they chose them to do the remodel because they watch the show, I read G & M were "reality" tv fans so... Kind of sucks that...

Be forewarned, if you do watch Flipping Out, they are rude, crude, talk about bodily functions and sex and bodily functions during sex. Nothing seems to be off limits to them. they have no self censor button. :wtf:
